How it works
Step 1: Book a support session
Click the booking link and choose a time that works for you. Each request is reviewed and manually approved based on availability to keep sessions intentional and supported.
Step 2: Meet for a guided conversation
Sessions are one hour, online, and focused on helping you understand what you’re working through and where you want to go.
We focus on the area of your life that feels most important right now:

Step 3: Pay it forward
MAY Methods is rooted in the currency of connection. Instead of a fixed payment model, you pay it forward in a way that supports others, whether through becoming a Supporter like me, community service/volunteering or a monetary donation.
